Ran into your girlfriend Leah and she said things were going good down there and that you guys have been working hard together. You guys are lucky to have found each other!

You realize the skating machine makes you a pilates king!!
Looking great Joel. We are tracking your blog and getting more scoop from your Mom. We know you are working hard (it seems to be all you know), and we look forward to seeing you when you get back.

Joel,
I biked the ironman course today. At about 140k i was physical spent. I stopped on the side of the highway and looked around at the mountains.

As i stood there i thought about you and the hard work you do everyday. I got back on the bike and continually replayed all your videos in my head as i made the final climbs.

You are truly an inspiration.
Love u.

Hey BD,

Happy Birthday! I won't go as far as a "Happy Birthday Loser", but I will go as far to say, "Happy Birthday Studly!"

I didn't make her pay for half, but she bought drinks @ the pump.....
