Thanks for the great fundraiser and a really fun time. The Poverty Plainsmen did a fantastic job of entertaining the crowd and everyone danced up a storm. Even the hippo beach representative stayed up way past a hippo's bedtime!

I believe we Hippos all had a good time at the bar on Saturday night although I think I might have got mugged since Sunday morning found me with a terrible headache and no money. What's up with that? Anyhow we Hippos have one question? Where did Damon learn to dance like that? He's almost too good to be a Hippo. It can't be genetic either 'cause we've seen his Dad dance and that's not something you want to have your children witness.
Anyhow we all had a great time... except for the headache.
P.S. Don't think for a minute that you and your anarchist friend Jenn have escaped without some comment about the article in the Carrillon regarding you two.

Your party was awesome. You need to have mroe of them. My friends seemed to really enjoy themselves and i think i bought the grill from the bar? Ya, ask debbie about that one. There were a couple trippy people there, you know who you were, and a lot of boozed buddies.
I don't know what to be more thankful for, the comment about my dancing.....which we never have to mention again, or that i am considered a hippo......? Thanks, everyone for a good time.
ps. snowmobiles don't start without the key, who knew?
