Wednesday April 23rd was my last day at Wascana. A good day, but a sad day! We did manage to get one last walk in to give us all an idea of where I have succeeded to in the last 9 months and sets a benchmark for the next step for me.

32 degrees there....and to think i just did a bike ride in 8 degrees with 40k winds and froze my toes.
Make sure you have a cold beer on the beach for me.
