Here we have a video from Monday's workout session. My trainers have started to push me a little more into doing my exercises standing up so we are working really hard on balance. The other video is just riding the bike - I tend to stay later after workouts to ride the bike for 15 or 20 minutes.

I havent logged on for a while and I am amazed and in awe of the progress you have made since I last checked!!! You are incredible and I am so happy for you!

I think judging by how well you are doing I am still holding onto the fact that one day I WILL see you surfing here in Australia!!

Cannot express how amazed I am by you. Your progress is unbelievable...and you just keep going strong. I havn't checked out the blog in awhile but PW looks intense. Nothing you cannot take though.
