Hi everyone! I just want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have come up to visit! My routine for the day has become quite tiring and I feel the need to limit the visiting hours. I just need to rest some more during the day. I still want everyone to come and visit so this is just a general schedule for visiting hours. On weekdays the best times to stop by are 6 to 8:30 pm. Weekends are more flexible, but usually anytime after 11 am is great! Otherwise I am feeling really fantastic about where physio is going. And although it kicks me in the ass, it is pain and frustration in the right direction. Thank you for your understanding and as the slogan goes, "Be safe. Jump feet first!"

Hey Joel; Glad to hear you are giving them hell in PT/OT... and rest is the best thing you can do to prepare yourself for the day's onslaught. We are having a "bran muffin bake-off this weekend" with a prize going to the one baked with the most "fibre"... We love you and we will deliver to you a dozen of the winning entry... It sounds like Joel needs his own security guard. Fortunately I know just where he can find one.
Remember that Norwolk outbreak at the Wascana a couple of years back? Well I had a meeting there that week and I couldn't get in touch with anyone to find out if it was still on. So I headed over to the Wascana and parked near the vets ward. When I got to the side door, there was a guy in a uniform posted there and I fully expected him to tell the hospital was closed to visitors. Instead he held the door open and wished me a good day. A few minutes later I'm walking down the hall when a doctor asks me how I got into a quarantined ward. I told him the security guard let me in. He gave me this funny look and said there was no security on that floor. Turns out one of the veterans just likes to put on his dress uniform and welcome visitors.
You should wander down and see if he's interested in a job in crowd control.
