Daily Physiotherapy

Joel has just finished his daily physiotherapy session; when they were stretching his legs he was able to feel the stretch on his hamstring. Yeah Joel!

Hey Joel,
We fought it out on the Prairie Circuit and you beat me quite a bit so I know that you can beat this too. I hope that your recovery is short and that you learn from the experience.

I just went through cancer (Hodgkins disease) and I can tell you that these things aren't always bad. I feel that I learned a lot from the experience and that I enjoy life more fully now that I've been through it. I'm sure that you will soon feel the same.

Lots of brotherly love,
Mike Cousins

Hi, Joel!

Sheryl just forwarded me your blog link, and I'm so glad to read about the progress you're making. I'm a registered nurse now, and every day I am amazed by the things the human body can withstand and overcome. This is a scary and frustrating time, but I have no doubt that your positive attitude and crazy amounts of energy will help you push through this challenge. I'm sending prayers your way for continued strenghth and healing, and will look forward to following your progress.

Also, you should know that because of you, I always say "rhi-nos-a-saurus", no matter how hard I try not to. :)

Stay strong!

Love,
Kim
